Put Your Health First
A curated physical therapy and fitness experience helping individuals feel and move better.
Welcome! Here you will experience a unique personalized approach to physical therapy focused on functional movement and the kinetic chain. You'll work one-on-one with Katty, a licensed physical therapist, who will assess your movement and design a program tailored to your goals—whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or aiming to prevent future issues.
The Experience
Patients can anticipate a personalized one-on-one experience tailored to their specific needs and goals.
Movement Exam
You will be taken through a comprehensive evaluation of your posture, range of motion, muscle strength, balance, and functional movements. This assessment aides in the creation of a personalized treatment plan designed to address impairments and specific goals.
Treatment
At each visit, expect a diverse range of targeted treatment methods to help alleviate specific musculoskeletal issues. Treatment may include joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, cupping, graston, and more.
Corrective Exercises
Katty will then guide the patient through a series of corrective exercises specific to the results of their movement exam and personal goals. This program will adapt and progress throughout the course of treatment.
Gait Analysis
A comprehensive experience using video recording and RunEasi 3D gait analysis software to evaluate your running mechanics in detail. In one session I will break down movement patterns, identify inefficiencies or injury risks, and provide clear, personalized recommendations to help you run stronger, faster, and pain-free.
