Put Your Health First

A curated physical therapy and fitness experience helping individuals feel and move better.

Your Running. Your Goals. Your Plan.

Running doesn't look the same for everyone—and your training shouldn't either.

KCPT creates personalized running and strength programs based on where you are now and where you want to go. Whether you're training for a race, working toward a new PR, getting back to running after time away, or simply looking for a sustainable way to stay active, your program is built specifically for you.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Katty combines her expertise in movement and strength with individualized running programming to help you run stronger, train smarter, and stay healthy along the way.

The Experience

Patients can anticipate a personalized one-on-one experience tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Movement Exam

You will be taken through a comprehensive evaluation of your posture, range of motion, muscle strength, balance, and functional movements. This assessment aides in the creation of a personalized treatment plan designed to address impairments and specific goals.

Treatment

At each visit, expect a diverse range of targeted treatment methods to help alleviate specific musculoskeletal issues. Treatment may include joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, cupping, graston, and more.

Balance corrective exercise

Corrective Exercises

Katty will then guide the patient through a series of corrective exercises specific to the results of their movement exam and personal goals. This program will adapt and progress throughout the course of treatment.

Gait Analysis

A comprehensive experience using video recording and RunEasi 3D gait analysis software to evaluate your running mechanics in detail. In one session I will break down movement patterns, identify inefficiencies or injury risks, and provide clear, personalized recommendations to help you run stronger, faster, and pain-free.
