FAQs

Every personalized program starts with a 30 minute virtual consultation where we'll review your goals, current training, schedule, injury history and timeline. From there, I'll create a running, strength and mobility program tailored specifically to you.
Programs typically range from 4–12+ weeks and include one on one check-ins, ongoing adjustments and unlimited email/chat access throughout your program.
-
The 8 week Strength for Runners program is a self guided, intermediate strength program designed specifically for runners. It follows a structured progression but does not include individualized exercise selection, resistance recommendations, check-ins or program adjustments.
If you want a plan built specifically around your running goals, training schedule, experience or injury history, personalized coaching is the better fit.

Absolutely not! Personalized programming can be built around any running goal, whether you're training for a race, returning to running after an injury or pregnancy, getting back into a consistent routine, or simply looking to run recreationally 1–2x/week.
-
100%! Running, strength and mobility programming are all incorporated into your personalized plan so your training works together not as separate pieces.

Great question! Because personalized programming is built specifically around you, pricing varies based on the length of the program and level of support you need. After your initial consultation, I'll recommend the best option for your goals and provide a clear price before we get started.

This is where my background as a physical therapist can be especially valuable. Depending on your injury and where you are in your recovery, I can modify your personalized training program with your injury in mind.
In some cases, it may make more sense to start with telehealth physical therapy and transition into personalized running programming as you're ready.
-
Telehealth physical therapy is completely virtual and can be done from your home, office or gym. Through video, I can assess your movement, strength and mobility, discuss your symptoms and injury history, and develop an individualized rehabilitation program based on what we find.
Not sure whether telehealth PT or personalized coaching is the right fit? Schedule a consultation and we can figure out the best place to start.
